If you would like one to one support or a blend of support plus online course, reading, videos or other resources, then we can find the right combination. For example, you might want to go through your particular concerns in detail, and then we can work out a plan of action which may entail occasional check ins supplemented with self-directed activities. Or you may want a six month intensive support programme that really works closely with you to get you on track, followed up with regular check ins.
